Troy Smith is Vice President of Renown Health and has oversight of Occupational Health and the health plan division, Hometown Health.  Prior to joining Renown, he worked for Ernst & Young, as well as Andersen Consulting.  He has a bachelor's degree in Finance and a master's degree in Business Administration from Florida State University, Tallahassee.
