2010 Seasonal Flu Shot Schedule

The cost for a seasonal flu shot is $28 or free to Medicare beneficiaries (Part B), members of Senior Care Plus or Hometown Health fully insured HMO and PPO plans. Flu shots are available to children ages 9-17 with a parent present. Please bring your insurance card.

Pediatric flu shots are available by appointment only for children ages 6 months to 8 years old. Call 775-982-5433 to schedule these appointments.

Pneumonia shots are $55 for those who meed CDC criteria, or free for Medicare beneficiaries (Part B) and Senior Care Plus members.
