Project Coordinator for Employee Wellness
The role of the Project Coordinator for Employee Wellness is to assist with the planning, organization and completion of a number of tasks related to wellness initiatives, programs and training that support the health and well-being of employees of Renown Health, specifically in areas of crisis management, peer support, resiliency and burnout. The Project Coordinator will report to one of the Renown Health Wellness Team leads and will also work with champions and leaders of various organization wide and departmental wellness programs. The Project Coordinator will have contact with wellness advisors, department heads, directors, managers, supervisors and staff to help administrate and manage projects that impact their areas.
Must be able to act independently, be highly organized, with the ability to complete detailed work, tasks and follow up.
