Join this weekly free virtual Meditation for Pregnancy & Birth Class. Pregnancy can be an emotional time especially during this unprecedented time, Come and connect with other women who are pregnant and learn the basics of meditation and learn the skills to help decrease stress, and learn how to breathe and relax through labor contractions.
Being mindful and practicing meditation also will help to increase positive emotions during pregnancy. The goal of this class is to increase your sense of well-being during pregnancy & birth, and to connect with your unborn baby. Class is taught by one of our parent educators/meditation instructor.
