Pumpkin spice is a wonderful reminder of all things fall and cozy. Join us as Caitlin Bus, Registered Dietitian with Renown Healthy Heart Program teaches us how to make a tasty pumpkin bread recipe. It incorporates fragrant fall spices – cinnamon, nutmeg and clove into a moist and surprisingly healthy bread. We replace regular flour with ground gluten-free whole grain oats courtesy of a blender.
