February Heart Month Events

February is National Heart Month

Keeping your heart healthy whatever your age, is a family matter. Heart disease is the leading cause of death for men and women in the U.S. It often runs in families but it can be prevented
and managed by consistent lifestyle changes.

It’s easier to stick to heart healthy habits when you have the support of your family and friends in staying active, eating nutritious food and managing stress. Make time this month to “know your numbers” – blood pressure, cholesterol, body mass index and weight and take action to improve any numbers putting you at risk for heart disease.

Join us to learn more about heart disease and prevent it all month.
