24/7 Nurse Navigators

Renown provides the area’s only heart nurse navigators — experienced registered heart nurses available 24/7 to provide support, guidance, education and assistance for you and their families. A heart nurse navigator’s work begins in the hospital. We work with your care team to ensure your needs are met — both in the hospital and after discharge. The navigator helps explain information from your care team. They also ensure you are ready to go home and you have the care you need after you are discharged from the hospital.
