Now you can see your Premier Care provider by using a cellphone, computer or tablet for treatment of common conditions.
The following is required to enroll:
- Be a patient of a Premier Care provider
- Have access to a video-enabled personal computer, tablet or smart phone
- Be currently enrolled in MyChart
If you're experiencing an emergency, call 911. Common conditions include:
- Body aches
- Irregular periods
- Itchy eyes
- Lab results
- Medication refills
- Menstrual cramps
- Mild lacerations
- Nasal congestion
- Pink eye
- Respiratory infection
- Sinus symptoms
- Skin infections
- Sore throat
- Sprains & strains
- Travel medications
- Urinary Tract Infections
Step 1 – Enroll in Virtual Visits
Step 2 - Download the App or Visit the Website
From your PC (Personal Computer), visit www.VirtualVisits.renown.org.
If you're using a mobile device like a smartphone or tablet, you will need to go to your settings and download the app.
If using Apple iTunes, visit the iTunes App Store for iPads or iPhones.
If using a different device, visit the Google Play Store for Android mobile devices.
Step 3 - Test the System
Visit www.VirtualVisits.renown.org if using a computer, or open the app on your smartphone or mobile device to test the system. To test, enter your name, use Meeting ID "67751111" and click "Participate Now."
Call Premier Care Member Services at 775-982-8259 if you require further assistance.
Step 4 - Schedule an Appointment
Call 775-982-8259 and ask to schedule a Premier Care virtual visit. You can make an appointment Tuesday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
A Premier Care RN will provide you with an appointment date and time and send a confirmation email with your virtual visit Meeting ID number.
Step 5 - Connect to Your Appointment
At the scheduled date and time of your virtual visit, click on the Meeting ID in the
appointment confirmation email, or enter the meeting ID in the Scopia app or at www.VirtualVisits.renown.org, and you will be automatically connected.
