Feb 7: Save a Heart – Simple 7 Health Expo
Join us at the Save a Heart – Simple 7 Health Expo featuring the American Heart Association's Simple 7, steps to heart healthy living: Get Active, Control Cholesterol, Eat Better, Manage Blood Pressure, Lose Weight, Reduce Blood Sugar and Stop Smoking. The expo is open to the public and takes place from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Scheels, Legends at Sparks Marina.
