Paying For Your Care

Understanding the Billing Process

At Renown Health, we work to make the billing process streamlined for our patients.

This process can be very complex due to federal guidelines that we must follow.

Pay Your Bill Now

Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to pay your bill. Here are a few things you should know:

Paying for your care

  1. After your hospital stay or receiving other Renown services, you will be sent an informational statement. This is not a bill, but a federally required summary of your services. The amount on this statement may be different from the actual payment due. This statement usually arrives within 30 days of your visit.

  2. After you have received an informational statement, you will be sent your actual bill that may include both inpatient and outpatient services for a specified period of time. On this bill, you may also see past due service charges.
