Join us for our free virtual Smoking Cessation 4-week program courtesy of Renown Health. This class is available to all who want to learn the risks of smoking and the benefits of quitting. In addition, participants will learn about their triggers to smoking, ways to cope while quitting, and available products to assist with becoming tobacco-free. This program begins on the 1st Wednesday of each month and will meet every Wednesday for four weeks from 4 to 5 p.m. Upon registering, you will receive instructions on virtually connecting 1-2 days before the class.

Shelley Fisher of Reno Buddhist Center Find peace, healing and calm during the Mantras and Meditation practice session.  Participants will chant healing mantras and find some peace in their day with a short meditation. Employees, patients and their loved ones are invited and all levels of meditation practitioners are welcome. Rev. Shelley Fisher is a resident priest at the Reno Buddhist Center. She has been chanting and meditating for many years and is excited to share this beautiful practice with the wider community through Renown Health’s Spiritual Center.
