Renown Health offers different ways to schedule an appointment based on your visit and whether you’re a new or returning patient. Some visits can be booked online without a MyChart account, while others are scheduled through MyChart or with a provider-ordered scheduling ticket.

How Scheduling Works
Please note: New patient appointments cannot be scheduled directly through the website.
Referrals Only
Appointments require a provider order (referral) before they can be scheduled—even if your insurance does not require a referral.
• New patients must have a referral entered and reviewed in our system.
• Returning patients must have a follow-up order placed by their provider.
A referral helps ensure you are matched with the right specialist for your condition and that any necessary records or imaging are reviewed before your visit. This helps avoid delays and ensures you receive the right care the first time.
