At Renown Hospice, we use a family-centered approach to provide quality of life care in the comfort of home. We’re proud to be one of the highest rated quality care and experience agencies in northern Nevada Hospice Services Personal Care Plan Our hospice team will meet with patients and caregivers in to learn about concerns, answer questions and establish a plan of care tailored to each patient’s specific needs. Pain and Symptom Management The multidisciplinary hospice team works to make sure that medication, therapies and procedures are designed to achieve the goals outlined in each care plan, including symptoms that cause pain, discomfort and distress. Renown Physicians and APRN offer in-home visits. We offer free medication delivery through Renown Pharmacy.
