Palliative Care is a consultative service that can be used at any time in the disease process. Patients can continue to see their providers and receive treatment (such as chemotherapy or dialysis) while on Palliative Care service. Our nurse practitioners will come to your home to discuss your individual needs and concerns. We work closely with your other providers and care teams such as primary care, oncology, and home health to ensure you receive the best care possible.
