Community Health Implementation Strategy & Plan

Renown Health collaborates with Conduent Healthy Communities Institute (HCI) to develop the Community Health Implementation Strategy & Plan which outlines specific activities (described in the three-year plan) that is undertaken to address priority areas identified in the Washoe County Health Needs Assessment. This is a living document intended to adapt to a dynamic community and market forces and evolves over time.
