Our goal is to give you the knowledge to better manage your COPD by increasing your understanding of the disease process, medications and how to use them and creating an action plan you can use every day. This program is offered on the 4th Wednesday of each month and will meet from 3 to 4 p.m. Upon registering, you will receive instructions on virtually connecting 1 day before the class.

Optimizing Movement: The Role of Nutrition in Managing Parkinson’s Disease At this quarter’s Parkinson’s Power Hour, our dietician and rehab therapists will cover: brief overview of Parkinson’s Disease medications used in treatment of Parkinson’s Disease nutritional management of dysphagia, constipation, nausea, GERD protein sensitivity and appropriate protein distribution supplements nutrition and exercise

Join us for our free virtual Smoking Cessation 4-week program courtesy of Renown Health. This class is available to all who want to learn the risks of smoking and the benefits of quitting. In addition, participants will learn about their triggers to smoking, ways to cope while quitting, and available products to assist with becoming tobacco-free. This program begins on the 1st Wednesday of each month and will meet every Wednesday for four weeks from 4 to 5 p.m. Upon registering, you will receive instructions on virtually connecting 1 day before the class.

This 2-hour class helps prepare mom and partner on what to expect after birth and the weeks to follow, and is offered every other month and is open to mothers and their partners. This FREE virtual seminar is open to all patients, family members, friends and caregivers.
