Renown providers are now able to offer same-day virtual visits for some appointment types. Virtual visits are being utilized for primary care, specialty care and urgent care to allow you to see your provider from the comfort of your own home.
Urgent Care: Login to MyChart to "get in line" for a virtual urgent care visit between 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday-Friday and 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Primary and Specialty Care: Call 775-982-5000 to request a visit with your provider.
All virtual visits require a MyChart account. If you do not have a MyChart account, sign up online.
Many pediatric appointments are also available through virtual visits. Please call 775-982-5000 to request a visit with your child’s established provider. You will also need to activate MyChart Proxy to access your child’s health information within MyChart. Sign in to MyChart to request this access using these instructions.
Virtual visits are able to connect to an ASL interpreter (sign language interpreter), and 37 languages including Spanish.
