You may benefit from treatment for neuromuscular conditions—affecting nerves, muscles, and bones—that cause pain or limit movement.
A referral from your primary care provider is required to schedule care with Renown Spine, Sport & Pain Management*.
How Scheduling Works
*New patient appointments for Neurology and Physiatry (Spine, Sports & Pain Conditions) are not available for online scheduling.
Referrals Only
Appointments require a provider order (referral) before they can be scheduled—even if your insurance does not require a referral.
• New patients must have a referral entered and reviewed in our system.
• Returning patients must have a follow-up order placed by their provider.
A referral helps ensure you are matched with the right specialist for your condition and that any necessary records or imaging are reviewed before your visit. This helps avoid delays and ensures you receive the right care the first time.
