Whether you’re recovering from an injury, living with pain, or experiencing pelvic floor concerns, we’re here to help. Our outpatient physical therapy and sports medicine teams provide one-on-one, hands-on care to restore function, ease discomfort, and improve quality of life.
Extended hours available: Early morning and evening appointments.

Therapy & Rehabilitation
- Physical Therapy
- Improves strength, mobility, balance, and walking with hands-on therapy, exercises, and training on assistive devices.
- Occupational Therapy
- Builds fine motor and self-care skills like eating, dressing, bathing, and performing daily activities at home and work.
- Post-Surgery Rehabilitation
- Therapy for recovery after knee or hip replacement, spinal fusion, fractures, or inflammatory diseases.
- Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Follow-up care for brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, amputation, or conditions like dementia and Parkinson’s.
- Pelvic Floor Therapy

- Hand, Wrist and Elbow Therapy
- Restores strength and function after injury or overuse with therapy, stretching, ergonomic training, and splinting.
- Lymphedema Therapy
- Manages swelling caused by fluid buildup after cancer treatment, surgery, or other medical conditions.
- Vestibular and Balance Therapy
- Reduces dizziness, vertigo, and balance issues with education, home programs, and coordination with your provider.
