Outpatient Physical Therapy – Referral Required

How to Schedule Your Appointment

  1. Get a Referral
    Ask your primary care provider or specialist to send a referral to Renown Outpatient Physical Therapy.
  2. We’ll Contact You
    Once we receive your referral, our scheduling team will call you to set up your first visit.
  3. Your First Appointment
    Bring your insurance card, referral paperwork (if you have a copy), and wear comfortable clothing.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, living with pain, or experiencing pelvic floor concerns, we’re here to help. Our outpatient physical therapy and sports medicine teams provide one-on-one, hands-on care to restore function, ease discomfort, and improve quality of life.

Extended hours available: Early morning and evening appointments.
Insurance: Most plans accepted.

Therapy & Rehabilitation

  • Physical Therapy
    • Improves strength, mobility, balance, and walking with hands-on therapy, exercises, and training on assistive devices.

    • Builds fine motor and self-care skills like eating, dressing, bathing, and performing daily activities at home and work.

  • Lymphedema Therapy
