An alcohol-free version of your favorite after-work indulgence – like this peach cooler – can be a great way to live a healthier lifestyle because taking time off drinking doesn’t mean you have to stop enjoying exciting flavor combinations.

Peach Cooler

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of seltzer
  • 1 cup of peach juice or nectar
  • 1 cup of sparkling white grape juice
  • 4 slices of fresh peach
  • 1 cup of sparkling white grape juice
  • 4 slices of fresh peach (optional for garnish)
  • 4 springs of mint (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine seltzer, peach or nectar juice and sparkling juice in a pitcher.
  2. Divide among 4 ice-filled glasses. Garnish with peach slices or mint.

Recipe Note

This festive, refreshing peach cooler uses sparkling grape juice instead of wine. Low carb and gluten free, you can enjoy this beverage without hopping off the path to good health.
