Advice
"Healthcare is one of the largest and most complicated industries in existence; it is constantly changing as do the needs of our patients, technological and medical breakthroughs, and regulatory requirements. Give yourself enough grace to learn all aspects of your role, network with people across the organization, and always keep the patient at the forefront of everything you do. Lastly, embrace the golden rule: give the service you expect to receive in return."

Colby, Case Manager
Advice
"Take care of your health. Start wherever you can and work your way towards what you want to do! Treat everyone with respect and try not to view some jobs as more important than others. Every job in healthcare is crucial, from the custodial staff to the CEO. Also, if you are interested in a certain job there are hundreds of people at Renown who are willing to answer your questions and let you shadow them to help you decide if it’s something you wish to pursue."
