Two Ways to Transfer Your Prescriptions

1) Give us a Call
Call any of our three Renown Pharmacy locations, and our expert team will take care of the transfer. After that, you can manage refills and check your prescription status in MyChart.

2) Online Form
Complete the online Pharmacy Rx Mail Order form, which will be securely submitted to our pharmacy staff. In addition, Hometown Health and Senior Care Plus members enjoy a reduced co-pay.

Medications at Hospital Discharge

For patients admitted to Renown’s hospitals, our pharmacy team also provides bedside delivery of prescriptions before patients return home. This service is available seven days a week for:

  • Renown Regional Medical Center
  • Renown Children's Hospital
  • Renown South Meadows Medical Center
  • Renown Rehabilitation Hospital
