Enrollment Status: Recruiting

NCT #: NCT05564377

Specialty Area: Oncology

Age Groups: Adult; Older Adult

Phase: Not Applicable

Study Information

Summary / Purpose

To identify patients with advanced solid tumors who may benefit from targeted therapies based on tumor genetic alterations. This screening trial serves as the entry point to multiple ComboMATCH treatment trials.

Study Type: Observational
Accepts Healthy Volunteers: No

Who Can Participate

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Adults 18+ years of age
  • Diagnosed with solid tumor cancer that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced) or to other places in the body (metastatic)
  • Disease progression after at least one prior systemic therapy, or no standard treatment available
  • Tumor must be accessible for biopsy
  • Adequate organ function

What's Involved

Participation in the study will include:
  • Tumor biopsy and genetic testing to identify actionable mutations
  • Blood and tissue samples for biomarker analysis
  • Complete imaging (CT, MRI, PET) and cardiac function tests as needed
  • ComboMATCH treatment trial based on genetic findings, if eligible
