Study Information

Summary / Purpose

The purpose of the study is to see whether a personalized mRNA cancer vaccine called Intismeran (V940), given alone or with the immunotherapy drug Pembrolizumab, can help preventNon-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) from returning.

Who Can Participate

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Adults 18+ years of age
  • Completely resected High-Risk Stage I Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
  • Must be able to provide tumor tissue for creation of the personalized vaccine Intismeran (V940)
  • Cannot have Small Cell Lung Cancer, active autoimmune disease requiring systemic treatment, uncontrolled infection, or prior treatment with Pembrolizumab or similar immunotherapies.

What's Involved

Participation in the study will include:
  • Receiving study treatments that may include the personalized cancer vaccine Intismeran (V940) and/or immunotherapy with Pembrolizumab, given by injection
  • Attending regular appointments that may include physical exams, blood tests, imaging scans, and health questionnaires
