Study Information

Summary / Purpose

The purpose of the study is to see whether a personalized mRNA cancer vaccine called Intismeran (V940), given alone or with the immunotherapy drug Pembrolizumab, can help preventNon-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) from returning.

Accepts Healthy Volunteers: No

Who Can Participate

Eligibility Criteria:

Adults 18+ years of age
Completely resected High-Risk Stage I Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
Must be able to provide tumor tissue for creation of the personalized vaccine Intismeran (V940)
Cannot have Small Cell Lung Cancer, active autoimmune disease requiring systemic treatment, uncontrolled infection, or prior treatment with Pembrolizumab or similar immunotherapies.

What's Involved

Participation in the study will include:

Receiving study treatments that may include the personalized cancer vaccine Intismeran (V940) and/or immunotherapy with Pembrolizumab, given by injection
Attending regular appointments that may include physical exams, blood tests, imaging scans, and health questionnaires
