My expeience was fine. On another note, I received a e mail that indicated it was from My Chart and offerred a free "medical bag". The Email looked geniune but my Laptop Macaffee Protector indicated the retrun site was malacious so I deleted the email. You need to warn your MyChart Customers this scam acivity is on going.
