Dr Hoffman was kind, clear and took my concerns seriously. She made what can be an awkward visit, a comfortable one. I am so happy I found her as a Doctor!
She was fantastic
Erica at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The other 2 (older women - one seating and the other standing) just continued talking and ignored me until Erica saw me around the blocked corner and greeted me and checked me in. Erica was the reason I gave the greeting a “5”. The other women rated a “0”. Kim and the MD were fantastic. Friendly and more importantly, courteous, compassionate, professional and very knowledgeable.
Dr. Hoffman was thorough, well-informed and very kind and helpful. I'm very happy.
I found Carilyn Hoffman and the very informative, patient, and yeah, answered my questions, knew my history. So I really do recommend her.
