Dr. Edmiston did a great job. I like coming to her. The problems that you have with your system, being able to see any imaging that you've had done, the patient doesn't get that. And also, my phone calls going through to PA's go nowhere, so you only can use MyChart, and that's a little difficult when someone's important. It should want a call, not just MyChart.

The front desk lady seemed to be familiar with her regulars. It’s clearly a neighborhood that does not see people of color on a regular basis. She didn’t seem to understand how to act familiar with POC. Although she was friendly and reserved with POC, she seemed friendly and more comfortable with non-POC. As an aside, Dr. Edmiston and Cristal were fantastic! They treated me so well—so friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. I am a fact finder, and Dr. Edmiston did a great job of breaking things up into non-medical terms and was very thorough in answering my questions. Cristal administered my immunizations, and she did excellent! She was efficient and made me feel comfortable. I will absolutely recommend this team.
