Hector Jose, APRN, MSN, ANP-C, CCRN has been practicing as a registered nurse since 1996 and as a nurse practitioner since earning his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Illinois Chicago in May 2013. Board-certified by both the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, Hector brings decades of clinical expertise to his role. As a valued member of the Heart Failure Team, he is committed to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care.
