Kelsey the MA to Marisa Traversie is so very kind and very patient with me, me being 77 yrs. old almost 78. I love when the young generation has respect, love and patience for us. Them being in the healthcare isn’t easy but showing how much they love their job as Kelsey does makes us feel important and not just another number patient. As far as Marisa Traversie goes I can’t say enough about her, ILove Her❤️. Never has any other APRN ever explained to me the questions I asked as Marisa had. She gave me answers to my questions in English and not over my head with medical talk. I don’t want to loose her, she is so kind and has the patience of a saint. I love that she isn’t in a hurry and takes her time with me. Both of these women are an asset to Renown and Renown should be proud of them, GIVE THEM A RAISE
