It is very difficult to rate pulmonary unit on just one visit and one visit with the doctor. However it was a very good experience and we were able to go over a lot and I felt is was a good first experience. When my records are forwarded I am sure it will be very helpful.

Brandon Flores is always very thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. He never gives me the impression that he is in a hurry or that my problems are insignificant. He listens!
Renown Pulmonary and Sleep Clinic have all been extremely good to me and for me and I appreciate all of the doctors and the clinic staff.
Dr. Flores was outstanding—great listener, discussed options, and never did I feel he was rushing me. Very thankful for his service and grateful I was referred to him. Also, Cory, who checked me in, was warm, friendly, and professional. He assisted me in scheduling my next appointment on a day my wife had an appointment as well, so we don’t have to make two trips. Much appreciated! The only negative was the Medical Assistant service—very cold, curt, snappy, and was quick to talk over me when I answered her questions. I almost said something, but then thought she might have been having a bad day.
