I appreciate that Sarah Herbert took her time with me. She asked questions and has offered medical tests to help diagnose all concerns that I have. She was warm, caring, and professional.
I was a new patient and I have basically five years of medical neglect and I felt so bad because my provider, Herbert, it took almost an hour, but she took care of everything. So I felt terrible. I infringed on her time, but she definitely gave me every referral I needed and I'm feeling very confident about taking care of my health this year. So I actually think she's amazing.
I think my primary care provider is outstanding and the whole facility is well run.
