My kids were scheduled for a flu shot. The night before my youngest developed croup. I email our office and asked if it was possible to have him seen instead of having the flu shot and a medical assistant replied saying that Karen was busy for the day and wouldn’t be able to. Although it didn’t sound like something she would say or do I understood because I know it could be busy this time of year. Once we got to the office the receptionist was kind enough to ask Karen and she quickly changed his appointment to be seen for a croup steroid and I was very very thankful.

When you walk in, the office is pretty small, but the staff makes up for it. They greet you. They get right to checking you in. They make that a seamless process. They let you know if there's a wait time or not. Then there's a TV there for the kids. I do wish it was a little bit more bigger in there, maybe ventilated. And then when you get to Karen Wagner, she is very thorough. She does listen and she does explain everything so you understand it in a way that a child can understand it as well. And she also thoroughly researches before she comes in so she knows the history. And then anything that there's an issue with, she's more than happy to explore and look into. So I am very satisfied.
