There is always a different MA each visit and none of them seem to know how to use the blood pressure machine correctly. Other than that, we love the care that Dr. Firzli has provided for our son since he was in the NICU over 6 years ago. He is always very thorough and explains everything well. We feel like he truly cares about our son's wellbeing.
