I really appreciate the time Lorri takes and doesn’t just assume we know the answers because we are in healthcare. We never feel rushed and she makes this journey easy.
My son is a young adult now, with [ ]. They have always had great rapport and honest conversations, about his diabetes and how the activities of youth may impact one's [ ]. We are very grateful for her care
One thing that my child and I discussed that was quite outstanding was that when Neilson, Lorri was communicating with us about the pump she gave two options for my child and the first option she gave was more strongly suited to my child. Showing that she knew that my child was picky about touch.
