I have always received very good treatment from all of the renowned staff that I've been involved with. I like Senior Care Plus. They've always taken care of me. They've always listened to what I had to say. But I do have one problem. They want to text me for the answer to my test that I have run recently. And I do not do text. My phone, it didn't work. And so I had to, when I went in originally two days later to see Peter O'Reilly, then I got the information from his nurse at that time as what the answer was on my swab that they did. So they need to double check and find out if people do text because a lot of us older people don't do all this modern day stuff, computers and texting and that on the phone. Thank you very much.
This was my first time seeing Dr Reddy. I was very impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness going over my health history and all the appointments I have coming up. He answered all my questions. And was familiar with all the specialists I've been seeing or have as upcoming appointments. Dr Reddy is also friendly, very kind and quickly puts you at ease. His medical assistant is wonderful. Friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and very efficient. The gal at the reception desk who checked us in was also very friendly, efficient, and helpful. On the whole, it was an excellent experience and so far, I am feeling very fortunate to have been accepted as a new patient with Dr Reddy, and with this office staff.
