Although my primary care physician wasn’t available, [ ] , I got in right away and saw Bonnie Ferrara. It was a great experience. I can’t say enough about it. She was excellent, I wouldn’t hesitate to go to her again if [ ] wasn’t available. She actually spoke to me in language I could understand and wrote me a referral for physical therapy, and had me talk to my pain doctor. She spent a lot of time with me.

The automated system for appointment reminders is way too much. I got 6 in 4 days, even after I did the check in on line.
