I would like to say what or more appropriately who made my first visit so excellent was the Medical Assistant Amber. She is kind, empathetic, and very efficient. She welcomed me to the office ( which has never happened to me before) which actually shocked me but set the tone for my whole experience. She made me feel very comfortable, safe and relaxed.
