Dr. Lee Gerwitz, MD, is a board-certified neurologist with specialized expertise in Multiple Sclerosis and Neuroimmunology. He earned his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and completed both his residency and fellowship at the University of Rochester Medical Center, focusing on Neurology and Multiple Sclerosis/Neuroimmunology. Dr. Gerwitz is dedicated to advancing care for patients with neurological conditions, particularly those related to multiple sclerosis and autoimmune disorders of the nervous system.
