Hello, so I'm really glad that you guys worked it out with the insurance company to do virtual meetings again because I live in South Lake Tahoe and the drive to Reno for a 20-minute appointment is super far. But I love Madhu, I loved working with her. I want to continue working with her. So it was just nice news to come in and hear that you guys had worked it out with the insurance to do those again. MADHU ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN DOING SO WHILE PRESENTING HERSELF IN A PERSONAL AND PLEASING MANNER. SHE SHOWED THAT SHE LOVED HER JOB AND CARED ABOUT ME AS A PATIENT.
