I was treated with respect from the minute I walked in the door until I left. Everyone was professional and courteous and I really liked my new provider. I will be sending my family to this location and provider.

Trying to get a prescription refilled and the communication with medical assistant is not good. Took way too long. My husband is now dealing with cancelled appointments. They have cancelled two. Sarah is the only reason we are still here, but we are starting to look elsewhere.

I scheduled the appointment with Sarah Herbert to address problems with my right ear in advance of audiology tests on 6/25. She examined my ear and said she could see the tympanic membrane and some filmy material deep in the canal. She tried to manually remove the "film" without success and decided not to flush it because the tympanic membrane was visible. She suggested that I proceed with my audiology test as scheduled and send her a message on MyChart if I wanted a referral to an ENT specialist who would have the necessary tool to remove the "film". She said my insurance might not cover the procedure and I would have to pay. I appreciated her efforts and candor. I hope the audiology tests won't be affected adversely.
