Although I unfortunately do not remember his name, he was a technician who provided exceptional care during my stay. He did both of my EKGs and started my IV. From the moment he assisted me, he was incredibly kind, respectful, and reassuring. He took the time to make sure I felt safe and comfortable, which truly meant so much during a stressful time. His calm demeanor and professionalism stood out, and it made a big difference in my overall experience.
