Whether you're just thinking about growing your family or already counting down to delivery day, we’ve mapped out what to expect at every stage. From pre-pregnancy prep to postpartum support, Renown is here with expert care and resources.

🤰Before Pregnancy

  • Preconception counseling (if desired)
  • Health screenings and wellness planning with your OB-GYN or primary care provider

📅First Trimester

  • Confirm pregnancy and establish care with your OB-GYN or certified nurse-midwife
  • Initial lab work and ultrasound
  • Discuss prenatal vitamins, lifestyle guidance and any early concerns
  • Schedule ongoing prenatal visits

📈Second Trimester

  • Anatomy ultrasound (typically around 20 weeks)
  • Optional prenatal classes begin (birthing, breastfeeding, newborn care)
  • Begin planning for your hospital stay (tour labor & delivery unit, if desired)
  • Continue regular checkups and personalized birth planning discussions

⏳Third Trimester

  • Discuss pain management options and potential delivery scenarios
  • More frequent prenatal visits for close monitoring
