🤰Before Pregnancy

Preconception counseling (if desired)
Health screenings and wellness planning with your OB-GYN or primary care provider

📅First Trimester

Confirm pregnancy and establish care with your OB-GYN or certified nurse-midwife
Initial lab work and ultrasound
Discuss prenatal vitamins, lifestyle guidance and any early concerns
Schedule ongoing prenatal visits

📈Second Trimester

Anatomy ultrasound (typically around 20 weeks)
Optional prenatal classes begin (birthing, breastfeeding, newborn care)

How to Protect Your Kids from Heatstroke

High temperatures can pose serious risks, especially for children who are less able to regulate their body temperature. Infants are particularly vulnerable and may not show obvious signs of distress.
