Renown Health Welcomes Amanda De Los Reyes as Vice President of Revenue Cycle

Renown Health proudly announces that Amanda de los Reyes, MBA, FHFMA, EHRC, has joined the organization as Vice President of Revenue Cycle. In this role, de los Reyes will provide executive oversight for all revenue cycle operations, ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance and an exceptional patient financial experience across Renown’s integrated health system.

De los Reyes brings more than 23 years of progressive leadership experience in hospital operations, finance and revenue cycle management. She is widely recognized as a strategic, results-driven healthcare executive with a proven ability to drive performance, optimize systems, and build high-performing teams. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Revenue Cycle at Valleywise Health in Phoenix, Arizona, where she led enterprise-wide revenue cycle strategy.

“Amanda is an accomplished leader with a deep understanding of both the operational and human sides of revenue cycle excellence,” said Anna Loomis, Chief Financial Officer at Renown Health. “Her experience modernizing revenue cycle operations, strengthening payer partnerships and fostering strong team culture will be invaluable as we continue to advance Renown’s mission and long-term financial sustainability.”

Throughout her career, de los Reyes has consistently delivered measurable outcomes, including significant reductions in accounts receivable days, improved cash collections and lower denial rates through automation, analytics and workflow optimization. She is a fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and has been recognized with nine HFMA MAP Awards for excellence in revenue cycle performance. She has also been consistently ranked as a Tier 1 leader on the Press Ganey Leadership Index, reflecting her strong commitment to employee engagement, mentorship, and leadership development.

Prior to her role at Valleywise Health, de los Reyes spent more than two decades at Legacy Health in Oregon, where she held multiple senior leadership roles spanning patient access, billing, collections, compliance and revenue integrity. She has led large, multi-functional teams through complex system integrations, regulatory changes and major technology initiatives, including enterprise optimization of Epic revenue cycle platforms.

Industry Expertise and Education

De los Reyes holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management from Oregon Health & Science University and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Portland State University. She is actively involved in HFMA leadership at the regional and chapter level and is a frequent speaker at regional and national conferences on revenue cycle best practices and healthcare finance innovation.
