Paleo Garlic Mashed No-Tatoes

Ingredients
2 large cauliflower heads chopped
1/4 cup grass-fed butter or regular butter
1 teaspoon salt to taste
1 teaspoon ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh chives chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
Instructions
Wash chopped cauliflower florets and steam until tender.
Place cauliflower, butter, salt, pepper, chives and garlic in a food processor.
Pulse until mostly smooth and consistent. Scrape the sides as needed.
