Study Information

Summary / Purpose

To find out if 4Kscore® testing in the PCP provider setting helps minimize the harms of Pca screening, unnecessary referrals to urologists, and invasive medical testing. The 4Kscore® Test is FDA approved and used by urologists for advanced non-invasive testing.

Study Type: Observational
Accepts Healthy Volunteers: No

Who Can Participate

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Adults 45+ years of age
  • Have an established Primary Care Provider (PCP) or willing to establish with a PCP
  • Received standard care PSA testing within the last 12 months
  • No prostate biopsy or other invasive treatments within the last 3 months

What's Involved

Participation in the study will include:
  • Blood sample for confirmatory PSA and 4Kscore® Test
  • Sharing medical history and health updates
  • No treatment is given as part of this study
