Preparing for Birth: Express + Tour

This 3-hour class provides a condensed overview of labor and birth, ideal for families looking for a shorter childbirth class or a refresher before welcoming another baby.

This class focuses on essential information and discussion and does not include the hands-on comfort measure practice offered in our longer childbirth classes. Additional time is available after class for questions and discussion.

We believe childbirth is a process, not a method. There is no one “right” way to give birth. Our goal is to provide education and support, so you feel empowered to make informed choices and navigate the birth experience that is right for you.
