This class provides expectant families with practical, up-to-date information to help you feel more confident caring for your baby.

What You’ll Learn:

• Hospital tests and procedures for your newborn
• Newborn appearance and behaviors
• Diapering and basic newborn care
• Comforting and soothing techniques
• Newborn health and safety
• Safe sleep recommendations
• When to contact your baby’s healthcare provider
• Helpful tips and resources for the early weeks
• Participants will also get hands-on practice with diapering and swaddling using HALO® SleepSacks.
