Rise & Reset is a 40-minute restorative class designed to help you gently move, breathe, and recharge. Enjoy 20 minutes of accessible stretching and movement followed by 20 minutes of guided meditation to help release tension, calm the mind, and create space to relax and recharge. No experience necessary – come as you are.
