Yeah, Cecilia Bowers is awesome. I would say that this, you need to change the timing on these polls because when I look at the phone to press a number, by the time I pull it back to my ear, you're halfway through the second question. So you need to give people a few seconds. I'm actually in a crowded restaurant, so I have to jam it up to my ear. But just take a three-second beat and don't start talking immediately, because obviously the phone is away from their face when you're seeing it. So just something for your developers. Thank you.

This was the first time that I saw Cecilia Bower. I thought she did a great job and I was able to get an appointment same day. My regular doctor is Ashley Demple, so I am familiar with her location. I thought she was really good. My only, only thing would be that she talks really fast and I am a nurse and in home health and so I just kept thinking I can't imagine older patients really would be having a hard time following. So I was able to follow her, but she talked really, really quickly. So I think if maybe she's just slowed down a team there, it would be perfect 10 out of 10. So thank you.

Cecilia Bowers did a great job, very thorough. Can't say the same about the renoun hospital after my CT scan.
