Hector Jose, APRN, MSN, ANP-C, CCRN has been practicing as a registered nurse since 1996 and as a nurse practitioner since earning his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Illinois Chicago in May 2013. Board-certified by both the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, Hector brings decades of clinical expertise to his role. As a valued member of the Heart Failure Team, he is committed to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care. Hector believes in building strong, collaborative relationships with his patients and their families. He takes the time to listen, educate, and empower individuals in managing their health, ensuring they feel supported at every step of their care journey.
